All requests must be submitted through the official Marketing Project Brief form. No email or verbal requests will be accepted.
All project briefs must be complete before submission. Incomplete briefs will not be accepted, as missing details cause delays.
Please do not submit separate briefs for individual assets that belong to the same project. Consolidate all related assets into one request for efficiency. The only exception is email support—email requests should be submitted using the Email Request Form located below.
All form submissions must be approved by a senior manager before being submitted.
All print projects require a minimum of 3 business days for production. Larger or complex print jobs may require additional time.*
There is a minimum two-week turnaround time. However, timelines will vary based on project scope, complexity, and priority.*
All copy provided will be reviewed and updated by the marketing team. This ensures consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Stakeholder responsiveness affects timelines. If feedback is delayed, the project may be pushed back or deprioritized.
Marketing owns the creative process. While we value input, final design and messaging decisions will be made based on strategy and brand guidelines.
Notice: All future marketing projects will no longer be managed on the current design board, which some teams may still have access to. Moving forward, the new board will be used exclusively for internal marketing collaboration, and access will be limited to the marketing team only. For project communication and collaboration, please use alternative channels such as email, Slack, or other designated methods.
